Second stay at Mandarin Oriental Zurich – great location but below expectations

The site is excellent and close to the main landmarks. The Location is Excel

My second stay at the Mandarin Oriental Zurich Hotel was not at the first time, the room was much smaller and I did not find any special privilege or advantage for frequent guests, which made the experience less than expectations. This was my second stay at Mandarin Oriental Zurich, but unformnately it was not as good as my first one. The Room Was Much Smaller, and Thre Were No Special Benefits or Recography for Returning Guest
